Sea Lion Behavior

Sea lions are social animals. They live together in large groups called colonies, while breeding areas are called rookeries. Sea lions are opportunistic predators. They eat fish, squid, crabs, octopi, and lobsters. Steller sea lions also eat seals. Sea lions are often hunted by killer whales.
